Terms of Service

BLN Connect is operated by Business Leaders Network, LLC. It is a private tool for members of the Business Leaders Network. Using it means agreeing to what follows.

Accounts belong to one person and are not to be shared. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Membership and billing are handled separately, through your BLN membership.

BLN Connect exists for referrals and the conversations that come out of them. It is not a marketing tool. Messages sent through it go to at most two recipients at a time by design, from your own mailbox, and the app has no bulk-sending capability at all.

You agree not to use it to:

• send unsolicited commercial email, newsletters or promotions;
• contact anyone who has asked you to stop;
• import contact lists you have no relationship with or right to hold;
• misrepresent a referral, or record one that did not happen, to earn credits;
• copy, scrape or redistribute other members' details outside the network; or
• interfere with the service or try to reach data that is not yours.

Credits are a way of pacing features inside the app. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted if they were awarded in error or earned by gaming the system.

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it inside BLN Connect so the app can do its job. What other members share — their details, their contacts, their conversations — stays theirs, and is shared with you on the understanding that it stays in the network.

Connecting Gmail or Outlook is optional, and you can disconnect at any time. What is read and what is stored is set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Mail sent through BLN Connect leaves from your own address and is subject to your provider's terms as well as these.

BLN Connect can draft a message for you. Drafts are suggestions: nothing is sent until you send it, and what it writes is your responsibility once you do. Read it before you send it.

We work to keep BLN Connect running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for business lost, referrals missed, or profits foregone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using BLN Connect and ask us to delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that is being used in a way that harms other members.

If these terms change materially we will say so in the app. Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
